For most areas in Setapak and KL, our initial site inspection is free if you proceed with the service. For diagnostic-only visits without repair, a small transportation fee of RM50-80 may apply.

How fast can you arrive for emergencies?

For Aircond breakdowns or electrical trips in Setapak/Wangsa Maju, we typically arrive within 2 hours. For other KL areas, we offer same-day slots depending on availability.

Is there a warranty on repairs?

Yes! We provide a 30-90 day warranty on workmanship for repairs, and manufacturer warranty for new installations (Airconds/Spare parts).

Do you cover my area?

We primarily cover Setapak, Wangsa Maju, Melawati, Gombak, Sentul, Batu Caves, and KL City Centre. Contact us to check coverage for other Selangor areas.
